No Sim hates a couple if they happen to be of different colours. Nor does anyone hate gay/lesbian relationships. Or straight.
We may put such things in our stories because in our world, such isn’t true. But the Sims themselves just don’t have that reaction.

-You cannot be sexist toward men. Sexism is based on a system of oppression. You CAN be discriminatory, rude, inconsiderate, and/or prejudiced against men but you CANNOT be sexist toward them.
-You cannot be racist towards white people. Racism is based on a system of oppression. You CAN be discriminatory, rude, inconsiderate, and/or prejudiced against white people but you CANNOT be racist toward them.
This is not difficult.

Unfortunately, the connotation of the word is what is described above.
Oh for fuck sakes, do people that say these things ever actually PICK UP a dictionary? Yes you can be racist or sexist even if you aren’t the oppressed minority. You’re mistaking racism for oppression.
Discrimination (at least when it comes to classes of people)= Guilting people by association based on a trait, some of these given traits may have some basis in reality but most are at minimum highly exaggerated and some are downright completely wrong. ie: saying Christians are all gay hating sheep.
Generally people that discriminate against others have some feelings or superior of *insert x* group but not necessarily. They may simply be stereotyping (like saying gay men are unmanly when they don’t honestly feel themselves that being unmanly is a bad thing).
Racism/sexism/insert other ism here= Discriminating against someone based on a trait because you feel that trait makes them inferior to you. This is well beyond simply stereotyping. Its pure hatred and intolerance of an entire group of individuals for a trait that makes them guilty of nothing.
Oppression= Using your authority as a person in the majority or higher position class to disadvantages other people by restricting their choices and freedoms.
Keep in mind oppression is done by a large group unless the person is in a high position of authority where they can act as the voice of a large group of people. So if a woman told a man he was unfit to raise children just on his gender alone that wouldn’t be oppressing him unless she tried to rally a large group of people together in order to make her sexist views part of the legal system.
